Admissions Requirements
An average of C+ (65%) or higher in the past two years of school.
Application Process
Step 1
Submit the following documents:
- Application Form filled and sigend by parents/gaudian
- Application fee
- A proof of Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (a copy of passport/birth certificate/PR card)
Step 2
Receive a OSR Request Form
Fill it out and signed, send back to school
Step 3
Submit previour school record
- Submit all high school Report Cards
- Submit past 2 years middle school Report Cards (If you apply for grade 9)
- Request a Credit Summary from your current school (if you don’t have all report cards)
Step 4
Pay tuition
Application Deadlines
There are four intakes in the FH school year
