When I joined FH International High School, I was not able to talk in English really well but FH teachers, like Miss Zahira (my math teacher), were always patiently there with me trying to understand what I wanted to say and helped me through anything I needed. Mr Robart Crocco (my English teacher) was also a friendly and helpful teacher, who helped me to improve my pronunciation, English fluency and so on. I want to thank all of the FH team for their support. As I learned many valuable lessons at FH, including how to improve my English speaking skill and how to adjust in Canada.

Since the day I left my family and my hometown in Africa and became an international student at FH International High School, I have become responsible for myself. 

At FH, I felt a sense of belonging and acceptance regardless of cultural differences. We had incredible moments of laughter and joy while studying in most of our classes, like the English class with Mr. Crocco. During all those moments, we learned eye-opening lessons about the media and social stereotypes.

I am eternally grateful for all the knowledge and care my teachers and administrators at FH International High School provided for me. And I am sure that I will take the knowledge and experiences I earned here with me all through my life journey.

I still remember the day I received my visa and started imagining myself going to school, making new friends and many new experiences to have in Canada. However, I was afraid of stepping on this journey because I had to take this step alone and without my family.

Thanks to FH International Highschool, the whole journey turned out great for me and made me feel less lonely during the time I was studying in Canada. Because my FH team and my classmates became like a family to me, that is why FH will always have a special place in my heart.

At FH International High School, I had a chance to experience a brand new learning experience that I had never had before. For me, live courses were not only fun but also a good opportunity to study at more ease and comfort. I appreciate my teachers’ efforts, who did their best to make the live courses as productive and engaging as the onsite courses.

I also want to thank my classmates who worked hard and did a great job on our team works for most of the group projects.

Finally, thanks to Ms. Sophie for arranging the graduation photography, which made a precious memory of our high school.

FH High School was an excellent adventure for me. I had many experiences when I came to FH. An outstanding school with excellent facilities for all types of students. Teachers and staff love to help and are highly professional. The school has a beautiful art room and gym. The area where the school is located is tranquil and safe. Also, the school’s online lessons are instrumental.

Since there are few students in online classes, the teacher communicates better with you. The lesson becomes more fun and efficient. The teacher checks your homework every day and gives you feedback.

FH International high school has been one of the best schools I have ever attended, thanks to the quality education and environment. At the end of my studies, I received admission offers from the best universities in the world. With multiple field trips all around Ontario, I discovered and learned more about Canada and Canadian culture. The care and attention FH puts toward the students are outstanding. As an international student from Morocco, I received the proper help when I arrived in Toronto. I will be forever grateful to all FH staff and faculty for always being there for me. I feel lucky to have a family in Canada.

Careers are important for all of us, the most important thing for a human being since everyone has to build his career from the bottom of life. I am Sadnan studying in grade 11 at FH. I finished my Civics course and started my Career Studies. Even though I was hesitating if I should take this course, after 2-3 classes, I realized this is an introductory course because it gives me a chance to think about myself for what I will do in the future. This is a milestone in my life.

I love studying at FH because the teachers and staff are very caring and interested in each student’s well-being and because they make sure every class is interactive and fun to learn. FH offers me a lot; I like spending time in the student lounge or doing sports at the gym.

It is a privilege studying at FH; the small classrooms help me understand each subject more thoroughly and help me build close relationships with my classmates and teachers. Hi, I’m Kayla, a student at the University of Toronto. I miss FH; the school is like a big family with many unforgettable memories. My success advice is to develop a plan. It would be best if you planned for your university choices and the program you want to study. Because some of the programs require you to be well prepared, even if you are only in high school; secondly, you need to study hard, so you won’t have regrets in the future.

Hello, I am Lucy; now, I am studying in the Rotman Commerce Program at the University of Toronto. I used to be a student of FH. I have grown a lot in high school, from an overwhelmed student in grade 9 to a mature and confident student in grade 12. My learning strategy is never procrastinating; as long as you devote enough effort, you will be rewarded!
