REFUND POLICY FOR TUITION & FEES
A full refund of tuition and fees will be granted if the student’s visa/study permit is rejected by IRCC, less the administration fee ($400 CAD) and the application fee ($300 CAD).
To request a refund, the student must provide the following:
- FH Tuition Refund Request Form, filled out and signed by the parent
- The ORIGINAL Letter of Rejection from IRCC
- The ORIGINAL Passport of the student (if requested by a lawyer)
- The original FH Education Official Letter of Acceptance
- The original receipt of tuition and fees payment
Once all documents are received, the FH Tuition Refund Committee will review them with our Immigration Lawyer and/or verify them with IRCC. Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued. The total review and processing time will be approximately 60 days, depending on the complexity of the case.
There will be no refund of the tuition fee in the following circumstances:
- If the FH Tuition Refund Committee finds any information to be inauthentic and/or documents to be fraudulent
- If the student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the rejection of the study permit by IRCC
- If the student is found in violation of school regulations or local laws and is asked to withdraw from the school
- If false medical information was provided or conditions were not disclosed
