Admissions Requirements

An average of C+ (65%) or higher in the past two years of school.
Application Form

Application Process

Step 1

Submit the following documents:
  • Application Form filled and sigend by parents/gaudian
  • Application fee
  • A proof of Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (a copy of passport/birth certificate/PR card)

Step 2

Receive a OSR Request Form 

Fill it out and signed, send back to school

Step 3

Submit previour school record 
  • Submit all high school Report Cards
  • Submit past 2 years middle school Report Cards (If you apply for grade 9) 
  • Request a Credit Summary from your current school (if you don’t have all report cards)

Step 4

Pay tuition
